Jane NBC-HIS, is the owner of the Ottawa and Findlay Hearing Aid Centers, is a licensed dispenser, and is board certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences.  She is presently serving as the Secretary for the Hearing Healthcare Alliance of Ohio.  This is the state professional organization for hearing aid dispensers and audiologists.

She attends state meetings and travels to Starkey Labs three to four times per year to keep abreast on the latest technology.  Jane has been in the business of helping others to hear better for 25 years. Jodi BC-HIS, ACA Jodi has been an Ohio State Licensed hearing aid dispenser since 2002. She achieved her Audioprosthologist certificate in early 2008 which allows her to have a great understanding of hearing aid science and gives her a qualified perspective into the field of amplification for those with hearing loss and communication issues.

Presently, Jodi is practicing in our Findlay office four days a week and over sees all coordinating care for each individual. Shayna, Office Manager, is in the Findlay office five days a week. She handles the insurance and Soundchoice accounts for both offices, keeping updated on all the latest insurance information. She can check eligibility for benefits and handles all monthly in-office accounts.
